EBYC Marina Current Rates and Charges As at
01/07/2024 inclusive of GST
(To be read in conjunction with the EBYC Marina Terms and Conditions of Use)
Pen Lease
• $341.25 per linear metre (LM) of pen length per annum for non-commercial vessels.
• $577.50 per LM of pen length per annum for commercial vessels.
• Sailing yachts that compete in more than 70% of the previous years programmed races shall
receive a discount of $65 per LM per annum.
• Life members shall also be entitled to receive a discount of $65 per LM per annum.
• $100 refundable deposit per access key / security fob.
• Electricity and water usage are included in the above rate subject to standard usage.
• Senior EBYC Membership required. Nomination fee $57. Membership $489 per annum.
Short Term Leases
• Short Term stays (Duration at discretion of the Club)
• $35 per night.
• $100 refundable deposit per access key / security fob

Notes for Clarification on Rates
• The club has the following pens. 2 of 8LM, 12 of 10 LM, 21 of 12 LM, 1 of 12.5LM, 14 of 15LM, 3
of 17LM The cost to occupy a pen is the length of the pen multiplied by the rate per LM.
• Final charges are determined by the Club.
• The above rates may be subject to a percentage increase on 30 June each year.

Storage, Marina and Hardstand privileges are only available to financial Senior Members or financial active members of the Junior Fleet.
